2559 John Dodd Road

Lots of great investment opportunity for this property consisting of approximately 6.2+/- acres from two adjoining parcels on John Dodd Road in Wellford, SC. Property is very usable with wooded area and open pastureland with several outbuildings, fencing and two homes! An older home (not pictured) and a larger mobile home. Both of the homes are occupied and have active tenants. Shown by appointment only to respect tenants' schedules. The property has a myriad of uses. The current owners enjoy the income produced by both homes, but the land itself is beautiful and such a rare find in this desirable, convenient area. The parcels are mostly flat with a gentle slope to the wooded area in back. The mobile home is approximately 1200sf with 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 full baths PLUS kitchen, laundry, living room and dining area. The older homeplace likely has an extensive history. Part of the interior walls show evidence of old logs from the original structure. This older, smaller home is currently rented but offers lots of possibilities for a creative remodel and updating for a very unique home!
