This marina like most in Charleston does not allow liveaboard although you can stay for the weekend or a few days occasionally (the owners only), no full-time living is permitted.

The largest marina near Folly Beach is located on Robbins Creek off the Folly River the slips here have a quarterly regime fee of $750 . ActiveCaptains has a rating of 3.5 stars for this marina. Because it’s located off the Stono River the current is fairly strong.
