Kiawah River is a gated golf course development called Oak Point and waterfront community of 378 single family homes located on Johns Island in Charleston, South Carolina. The neighborhood features such amenities as a crabbing dock, pier, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, etc… Southern Community Services (SCS) manages the Kiawah River Estates Homeowners Association. (HOA). There Kiawah River Estatesare of course covenants & restrictions as well as building rules if you want to build new on one of the lots for sale. 

Amenities in the community include: a crabbing dock, basketball court, pickle ball, pier, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and 3 stocked ponds.
