East Bridge Town Lofts Mount Pleasant SC Condos

East Bridge Town Lofts are condos in Mount Pleasant SC. At one point they were apartments, but in the real estate boom of 2004-2006 they, like many apartments were converted to condos. Originally built in 1986 the now condominium community was showing signs of wear and tear. Following the conversion over the next coming years, it was discovered that they had serious construction problems. Fast forward to 2018 the entire condo development began a huge renovation. All the buildings had their whole exteriors totally rebuilt, and many had the interiors gutted. Now mostly completed with new roofs, new siding, and many other new improvements the community is a favorite due to its proximity to downtown. Located just on the other side of the bridge in Mt Pleasant, with quick access to the bridge to Charleston, the location could not be better for MUSC, and others who work in downtown Charleston. There are monthly regime fees of $320 per month, and a capital contribution fee of 1/2 of 1% of the purchase price due at closing. The Mount Pleasant condo development is managed by Cedar Property Mmgt 843-416-5038. The amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts.
