This recently purchased tract by Crescent Homes from the owners Hassell Tract Associates was bought for $8.5 million. The 14-acre site is off 1536 Rifle Range Road in the Midtown area will consist of 48 single-family detached home sites. Spec homes are expected to begin in the spring of 2019, with the land development, roads and ground infrastructure completed.
