My name is Gus and I want to tell you about this house my humans bought me 2 years ago. It started out on a dreary and cold week much like this one. They actually had to view the home in the sleet if you can believe that. When they got home, they could not stop talking about it. It had a large fenced in backyard, which I have loved . It was perfect for us four legged homeowners. They have loved the beautiful hardwood floors, the fireplace, the large great room with a dining area and the extra heated and cooled space on what used to be just a plain sun porch. It’s gameday central now and can be heated or cooled in whatever season! There are 3 human bedrooms. As you can imagine, I share one of them with my humans and there is a beautifully renovated full bath as well as a powder room. The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinets and from what I hear, some pretty spectacular drawers for holding pots and pans. There is a rear enclosed area near the ½ bath and laundry that has floods of light. It would be the perfect set up for an office. In the backyard there is a fabulous covered deck with vintage lighting and some side stairs that make it so easy for me to fly into the backyard. My humans hate that they are being relocated. They love living minutes from Forest Drive, Trenholm Plaza and Cardinal Crossing shopping centers. I am personally a fan of Gills Creek Park. It’s just 4 miles from Ft Jackson and I-77. Zoned for award winning schools: Satchel Ford, Crayton, and AC Flora. Tell your humans all about this one. I’ll leave a light on and they can look for my picture on the wall as they tour this amazing house.
