subdivision. The neighborhood began construction and development in the mid 1980s and some homes were built as late as 1995as the very last lots were sold off. The houses in Chelsea Park for sale are almost all wood siding, “starter” homes, mostly ranch style with moderate size and features. Starting at 1000 approximate sq ft to 2200 for the largest floor plans.  There are no amenities in the neighborhood but there is a $300 a year HOA fee to owners. The community is managed by CMG of Charleston at 843-795-8484.
