As with almost all the condo communities within the A Place at the Beach name, these too are low-rise, constructed in 1978 with 2 bedroom floor plans, and a swimming pool. Also, considered low-rise condos #4 was also constructed in 1978 featuring 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom units, and a swimming pool. The HOA regime fees here are $390 per month, and the community is managed by ATALAYA MGT. 843-272-2695.
The condos at A Place at The Beach V are located at 191 Maisons Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 and you guessed it, are also low-rise condos. There is of course a swimming pool. If you haven’t figured it out, these were constructed in 1978 as well, and have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths too. The HOA regime fees here are $345 per month, and are managed by Real Management 843-445-6007.
The condos at A Place at The Beach VI are located at 9620 Shore Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 just beside #5 (V). This building is newer than the others in the portfolio, constructed in 1983, but they are also low-rise condos offering 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The HOA regime fees here are $490 per month, and it is managed by East Coast Mgmt 843-655-8874.
A Place at The Beach oceanfront condos at “Windy Hill” is located at 4525S. Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach in the “Windy Hill” area. The community has its own rental manager if you don’t use VRBO or another vendor provider. This development was constructed in 1982 featuring 2 beds & 2 baths as well with a swimming pool too but this one is a “mid-rise” building, unlike the others. The HOA regime fees are $456 per month and managed by Capital Vacations 1-844-777-2582 (#6199).
A Place at The Beach “Cherry Grove” condos are located at 4201 N. Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach in the Cherry Grove area. There are two buildings within this project that was built in 1976 both of them are low-rise condos with two separate property management companies.
Building 1 “I” has HOA regime fees of $375 per month and is managed by Watts Realty 843-281-4100.

The Ocean Dr development of A Place at The Beach is located at 401 N. Hillside Dr in North Myrtle. This is ironic given they call themselves “Ocean Dr”. (insert curious emoji). These condos were constructed in 1974 and offer 2 bedrooms with either 1 bath or 2 baths. The HOA regime fees here are only $300 per month, and the development is managed by Morris Hildreth 704-791-0725.

The condo units here come in 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 baths, and it too was the beginning of many low-rise condo communities constructed in the 1970s – 1980s up and down the SC coastline.
