There is a small common area upon entering the building, with a lounge, and mail room with elevators to each floor. The best part about the building is the amazing window views of the marina and river from almost all sides. The biggest drawback of the Ashley House condos is that it does not have covered parking, and recently added an awning at the front door for dropping off and picking up your things or people.
