The People’s Building Condos at 18 Broad St Charleston SC.  The People’s Building served as the headquarters for the People’s National Bank, which was one of Charleston’s prominent financial institutions at the time. The building has limited parking in the rear of the building by way of a small lot, and a car lift garage.
