The People’s Building Condos at 18 Broad St Charleston SC.  The People’s Building served as the headquarters for the People’s National Bank, which was one of Charleston’s prominent financial institutions at the time. The construction of this iconic structure began in 1928 and was completed in 1930. It played a vital role in the city’s banking sector and contributed significantly to its economic growth. Notable figures associated with the building include John C. Warren, the bank’s president, who was instrumental in its establishment. The building is managed by Ravenel Associates PM 843-266-3935.
