You are looking north at the ocean and a residential area. There are 2 queen size beds, a murphy bed and a pull-out sofa. The flooring is luxury vinyl plank in the bedroom and the living/dining area. Kitchen and bathroom are tiled. Beautiful location and easy access to the beach as well as to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Short-term rentals are allowed.
